The great financial crisis was really the only time real estate has gone down and ye had no sense of depression. If you've had your money in the market for a long time, or if it's been there a short amount of time, i do think, you are better off if your money's there having a long term of you. I love the diversification of putting some money in a syndication, in multi family, in corps growth areas. You knowe the sun belt. And we'll be back next onth with another directed iry.
