Most of my rolls are based in the us. I think bringing in an international perspective to neli always very valuable so that we can continue, as an employee base, to build our globa like u,. How do you check yourself on your own maybe bias on what is or isn't a person that we'd want to work with? And how do you make sure that you're always kind of pushing that boundary a bit and getting as inclusive as possible?
