How to Get Calorie Friendly Drinks
Sometimes too we outgrow friendships that don't really meet our health needs. Change up social situations to not be focused on alcohol and evenings. Take a cooking class with friends or have a morning book club at a restaurant where you're not going to drink because you're driving. Do a coffee date, make it a morning instead of evening. Hang out. Do a 5K. Or go to a bar and drink sober after the event.
