There's a category of countries, lower income countries as well as fossil based economies that are disproportionately exposed to the transition. A larger share of their economies are in sectors that are most affected by the transition. The economic transformation relative to GDP for these countries is disproportionately high. And so for all of these reasons, it's almost a triple whammy for certain parts of the world. We need to think about the role that global collaboration, collective action, cross-border finance flows, global innovation, all that global coordination,. how we enable that to get to net zero as a global community.
