The Power of Breathing
Breathing is the single easiest thing and accessible thing within your autonomic functions of the body that you can at any moment choose to manipulate. It will influence like you say, will influence things. And it's also the first thing to go when we're too reliant on without me going on too much of a bang. We all need to be sitting around fires and banging a few more drums because that makes connection. Connection, nature, fresh air, open conversation or no conversation, just being still. That's what we all need more.
