Rugby and Wales - What's Next?

We do lack a cohesive overall strategy for rugby and Wales. We need this funding agreement put in place. We need to be given players contracts. So we've got certainty over the next 12, 24 months or so. And then that gives you the answer. I can't give you the answer today. The chairman of an individual club is not going to be able to give you that. But we do need that strategy. That's all about growing the game.
