The author had a panic attack while writing his book about finding people. He says the lie that grew and grew in his head was, you are alone. And i think it's a lie that has probably grown in all our heads, especially with the isolation from the pandemic. How many people would say they feel disconnected and lonely? I mea i would guess it would be five out of five, almost.
One of the biggest lessons I have learned over the last few years is that you can’t design a life that really matters without a community of people who support each other. Yet too often, we try to go it alone.
