Law always describes itself, but it also creates reality. The basic stuff we engage with in our everyday lives are shaped by legal codes. Our reality is very much a product of law. Law often then takes that reality as something on the ground that it then means to atwho get these self reinforcing cycles. We don't often have access to a social life that exists outside of the law.
