A number of workers filed against uver in amsterdam over its failure to provide access to data and explanation of algarithmic management as required by the g d p r law. The court ordered that a number of drivers actually had to be reinstated because they were algarithmically terminated. It just goes to show how this company doing everything, and because they have the money in the resources, they could afford not to obey the law and make a mockery of it. So yes, they pay the drit. But it shows that webjust don't want to be transparent, and they can get away with all this stuff.
