Is There a Loss of a Decade?

There have been things like what are called lost decades where you've had terrific stock performance for 10 years or more. And then the next decade is the reversion to the mean is not going to be as strong. I think there's a real risk that we're facing a lost decade in equities. But it's not preordained, one of the things that usually contributes to a lost decade or bad policies or bad public policies.
