Football is supposed to be for players and fans, and the rules need to be simple and consistent. I think there's a good point to be made about the rules and the fact that Rashford's handling it,. because he was the goal scorer at his handball, but if he had passed it and he's no longer the goal scorer, it's not handball, that's not what the handball rule is for. The rules are overly complex and it's like every single year they try and make it more fair by adding more rules.
