How to Run a Universal Intervention in Schools

Act is an app that teaches coping skills to people with mental health problems. It's being trialled in Australian schools as a compulsory part of school curricula for 9th graders. The aim was to teach coping strategies and prevent students from having any difficulties at all, even if they didn't have the help now. "It wasn't really challenging experience running the groups," she says about her PhD work.
