James Hanrady's Appeal Was Dismissed

James hanrady's legal team had been busy trying to further verify his real alibi. They found an additional four witnesses who claimed to have seen a man resembling james in rill at the time of the asic's murder. His legal team chose not to introduce these new witnesses at the appeal. Instead, they argued that the judge had misdirected the jury. The appeal was ultimately dismissed and James is now back home with his family. He writes: 'I can't say at this stage that i am feeling happy, but i am keeping my spirits up'
