Is There a Threat to the Future?
I think that one can get very hyperbolic about this, am, easily. Our energies are better spent focusing on ethics and safety. There's a lot of benefits that can come from problem solving tools. I think that we owe it to our world to pursue those. The human race has done a pretty good job of dealing with all sorts of threats for a long time. We do have im you know, i'm not being complaisant or blind to this a you know it at deepMind.
