The Power of Courage
Even though Jesus was a great leader, many of his followers left him. If people are not aligned with the vision, well, then they will naturally fall away and that's probably okay. You need courage to accompany the vision. Every great leader is marked by courage. Don't compromise the vision for the sake of numbers.
