I think there is a hunger for people to want to see these things implemented, but just either they have lack of power to implement it or they're in spaces where it's just like, I don't know how to move forward. Jesus was mainly engaged in a mono ethnic ministry context. Your church should generally reflect the demographic of where it’s at. You can also partner with other churches in other areas that are maybe just across maybe geographical lines,. Even if in your local community might not have as much diversity as you would hope.
