The Importance of Eating Healthy
If you want to see if it'll benefit your health or your digestion, try it for a month. It all depends on what your goals are. Some people will go fast for eight hours. I can't believe people forget to eat. Those people scare the crap out of me. If that's going to benefit your life, feeling like you have that ethical style of eating and whatnot, then do it. Just give it a good old fashioned try. You might end up eating a whole lot of canned tuna and farm raised tilapia and stuff like that to try and get protein in whatever.
