Engaging the Natural Problem Solving of People

What can a designer do to smoothen up legal offices within a big corporation, like a bank, in order to find solutions together? I know we've talked a little bit about this, but have you worked with financial services? Oh, for sure. This is actually, I almost feel like that was a set up question because one time we had a question come in from our design team who were trying to push the edge around some innovations. They felt like they were getting the nose from the legal team.
