Treatment is directed based on the patients presenting complaint and their goals. If a patient's presenting with infertility, then our treatment is goot a focus down the path of achieving pregnancy. Sometimes that might be assisto reproductive technologis to help achieve pregnancy,. So that would be the kind of infertility piece. On the pain end of the spectru treatment is similar, although we now can use some hormal suppression as a tool - which we can't use in patients who are attempting to achieve fertility. By it enlarge, our hormonal methods will block pregnancy.
