The Rise of Residential Real Estate in the Middle East

I think residential real estate will always, and then of course, land land. Um, as there's a demand for real estate, there's also land is there's a shortage of land because they're not making any more land unless you go to the middle east. I don't think all of Asia reason why I said Africa is because I think the majority of Africa has a lot of potential. And we'll talk about China and Ghana in a little bit, but, um, a lot of growth as far as every business opportunity possible.
