The Importance of Intention in Leadership

I used to give talks that were more think pieces, right? I used to give the what is leadership or what does this mean kind of talks. But those are the real eyes. Those are talks I hate the most because there is just you're just spewing an idea. You're not actually connecting it to anything real. The last few years, I've really switched my talks into like really case studies. Don't do what we did do something else, but steal these ideas. That's going to be a lot more valuable to me than big ideas.
