How to Deal With a Psychiatrist

If you ask me almost always, I would say that I'm a psychiatrist. I've taken a Hippocratic oath, which is to never do harm. And my perspective has always been to try and help people, no matter how heinous what they've done is. But this one is really stretching that limit, though, isn't it? He's narcissistic, possibly psychopathic, but he's not mentally ill. So that's off the bat. I wouldn't be giving evidence that exonerates him in any way. You have to or I should separate the evil of what somebody's done from their psychiatric needs.
