We can think about this through the lens of mindfulness. How often are we checking in with ourselves? And with those checkins, are we acknowledging when we're starting to have problems? How well would we be able to add something on to what we're already doing? And how well would we ope if we had to drop something? Another great way to look at the capacity and the slack in the system is by thinking about what extra time might be able to give you. Sometimes capacity is about letting you spend more time on one thing so that you can do a better job with it.
