Designing a Product in a Week

In the case of town hall, we actually created it in a week. That was from conception to release. One thing that i think its really important to think about here is trusting your product intuition. Let's get something out there so we can learn quickly. We ended up releasing it pretty soon after and that intra structure has actually been in place since its inception last march.
