Sequencing Based Methods for the 3D Nucleic Genome

The 3D nucleic genome is an area that has really taken off and enabled us to find all of these new layers of organization of the nucleus. There are a number of methods looking at each of these facets, both sequencing based and imaging based as you guys have alluded to here. Can you talk just a bit about the different sequencing based methods to start that exist for looking at the 3D genome? Yeah, so I'm happy to do that.
