The Myth of Good Moms
I think the myth that good moms don't get angry is a big one. God gave us anger for a reason. Mad isn't bad, but we have been trained, especially as Christian women,. Don't ever be angry. We don't want to let it. There's nothing wrong with anger. And sometimes when we've pushed it down so long that we've never let ourselves express it, that's when we erupt. But being angry as a mom, I mean, we're going to be angry a lot and it's okay to show angry, especially when your kids are younger.
