The FE White Paper on Outstanding Teaching

I was delighted with the FE White Paper even though a lot of commentary was was perhaps less so because there was a whole chapter dedicated to outstanding teaching. It shows the government is really putting front and centre the role of the workforce the role of educators themselves. I'm shifting in tone and emphasis on T-level professional development again a commitment to that I'm training for governors and senior leadership commitment to that.
