How to Make an Espresso Martini With Gin
The London dry gin has a sharpness and a bite. The Mezcal version is in some ways even more obvious because you're bringing a sort of earthy, smoky note to it. I was a little surprised at how well this worked because I have had not seen it on any menus. And so I wasn't a huge fan of most of the vodka-based versions that I had had in bars. It turned out it worked quite well.
