How to Improve Your Engineering Team

Every day, during stand-up, the engineers are talking about what they're building. This is a great opportunity to see if somebody meets help with something or catch something that doesn't sound right. Attending sprint planning gives you a really great idea of what's coming up over the next two weeks. You might be able to help explain a feature that the team is about to start working on. Remember to assume positive intent. Most engineers are really smart. They want to solve problems just like you.
