"I had always thought that i would be able to see, like, the little papers that people stuck in his casket when he was buried," she says. "And all of it was just, it was like black paper, like it was just,. you know, soiled, and it was just like kind of li curled and, like, half disintegrated." The book is about trying to translate what these dreams meant for a group of young women who are being haunted by their dead loved ones. 'If we know, if a miracle is conceded, then it just becomes a miraculous grave,' they say.
