How Dow's LLC Controls Trueflation

There's a LLC that controls the like there's an op some operating agreement that controls trueflation, but then separately there's a foundation for the tokens that were raised. So they operate fairly autonomously from each other. The Dow has an interest in scaling up providing more decentralization associated with the data that we have ensuring that we have time accessing more data and building out the token all makes associated with that. Could there be a collect, could there be a collective action amongst the stakeholders to like file a lawsuit or like, how does hard power work?
