Introduction
In 1960, E. Jerome McCarthy first introduced the four piece of marketing in his best-selling book Basic Marketing. Products come in many forms from physical items like clothing to intangible services like fitness memberships consulting or entertainment. A good product solves a problem or fulfills a need, whether it's practical, emotional, or social. One goal is to always create a product in which the value far supersedes the cost to have it.
