How to Optimize Your Real Estate System
You need already have that stuff in existence before you go find the system, if that makes sense. You can then tag somebody as a cellar and have these templets already there. And so it does save time there. It only works if the energy is put into creating all those pieces up front,. A lot of people ho the big fancy serems, they don't interact with it to make it so that it's cong to at least be effective for them.
Continuing on with our last episode about making excuses, today Matt and Garrett look at getting caught up in your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and overthinking which platform you should use. They explain that for most successful Ninjas, they usually keep it simple. All you need is a business tracker and a database. The bells and whistles can be fun, but they're not what's going to make or break your business.
