How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Beer
Dennis: I have some experience on this topic, Dennis. We just published an experiment. It's been a couple months at this point but that whole experiment was a non-alcoholic beer mash method experiment. He did one batch that was fermented at a high mash temperature so it was 180F or around 80 Celsius for one hour versus a cold soak. They both made different beers but they were good. Denny: You may want to invest in a good pH meter if you don't have one.
