Is This Just a Cynical Bit of Theatre?

Many have asked, is this all just a cynical bit of theatre? Will anyone really be put on a flight and sent out of the u k? Or is this just the red meat of popularism. There is no doubt that this hard line politics of emigration is ruthlessly effective in dividing voters  and hardening support with uncompromising conservatives. So it's no wonder the government reaches for the roande plan eve time they are in political trouble and need to change the subject. And the irony is that boris johnson and pretty patel keep having a go at activist lawyers like me. I say, guilty.
