surface is a component library for Phoenix live view. The origins of surface are actually started around the time that a live view was created. Marla saw an opportunity to align live view with sort of the best in class JavaScript frameworks like React and view. And it's cool because I think live view has taken a lot of these features like the heaks templates, which is a branding and naming problem. We need to figure that one out.
