The fiscal policies, I think are harder actually to underwrite because where the funds went is sometimes very obvious. Some people got a $1,200 checks, some people didn't. There's industries like their lines that kind of got these loans, but eventually it was just like, oh, you don't have to pay this back type thing. The government didn't get equity for it. And kind of, there was this transfer of money without kind of a reciprocal value given back.
