The image you have of your father is of his back, and he's walking away into ministry. Well, pacted me very powerfully. The salvation in that mess was that i left home at the age of 14 to go to prep school. And while i was back in new york becoming a student, my mother and father were laying the tracks for a divorce. So i escaped a lot of the pain that would have been on my back if iad been there.
