Then You Won the World Surfing World Championships?
I was like, i e kind of just surfing at free surfing. And then a came over to santa cruz, and, you know, just everything kind of went well in that event. So that gave me a lot of confidence. You won this event, if i remember correctly, on a board with no logos,. No one had seen that for a long, long time. But was it a conscious decision? Was it the eighties being like, a lot of advertising, andout ofa kind of a surf crazy advertising, i guess.
