I think a lot of people don't understand this yet. I've got a thesis and I wanted to run it by you that everything in the world changed in 2008 or nine. And we started the use of the central bank balance sheets as a form of liquidity within markets. It seems that everybody in the world reset all interest rates in 2009. We seem to be at a three and a half year re-fry cycle. Can you talk us through your thinking around this?
