Sweden and Finland's Assession in NATO Is an Urgent Priority
US President Joe Biden made a surprise visit to Kiev this week. He then took the train back to Poland, where he gave an address in Warsaw. It mirrored his speech 11 months ago when he warned Putin that Ukraine would never be a victory for Russia. This wasn't just a speech aimed at Ukrainians - it was also addressing Eastern European allies. Sweden and Finland have been trying to join NATO as part of a joint ticket. But Turkey has demanded they extradite over 100 suspects from both countries. They are accused of taking part in last year's failed coup against Erdogan.
