In the SaaS sector, it's still for some reason being the feature clash. But in reality, when you talk to the customers, it's not that at all. I'm actually trying to understand what products fit into people's lives. So as a builder, I have to make it convenient versus just communicate it being convenient. That's why there's a difference between marketing research and product research.
