I was a founder from 97 to 2002 in my first company. So I lived through the first bubble as a founder and it was brutal because everybody was throwing so much money at the idea. Fast forward to 2023 is just a different era. You can draw on the similarities of the late 90s but then you can say, these were small companies in the user base where we didn't know what the commercialization was going to be or how quickly it was going to come.
