Texas recently filed its brief in its appeal in the fifth circuit. It states that h b 20, and i'm quoting them, it imposes sunlight on the platforms through multiple fine tuned disclosure requirements. They say that their rules in h b 20 are really no different than requiring a food label to have calory content. And they cite this case, maybe we don't want to get sucked into from berkeley about radiation levels with phonesa or u kno listing a country's product of origin.
