The Advantages and Disadvantages of a Composite Primary Outcome
We choose as a primary outcome a composite of two things. The first one emergence of a new extensive or pandrag-resistant at day 28. So secondary infection caused by the strategy of administration. We estimate that our composite outcome can change from 52 to 30 percent. And in the meanwhile, can keep some consideration that many often patients with infection dies because of the disease more than the way we treat it.
