Google's Acquisition of Fidbit by Google

Google has been struggling with their watches to compete with the eye watch from apple. In 20 20 they announced that they were acquiring fitness tracker favorite, fidbit for a two point one billion dollar deal. With the deal, google was absorbing 29 million active users who currently wear fidbit held tracking devices. Imu: I'm not as surprised given that there's already so much competition in the space and it's not like, i don't really see it as anti competitive thes no tis one.
