The Challenges of Open Source Data in Counterterror

There have been a number of radical transformations and how the counterterrs of the community hav been able to process, analyze and leverage data. And so i think that when i shoud hve looked back on a key lesson learned over the last 30 years, that's one p k stands out. Data in particularly open source data can be useful to help us monitor the evolution of the threat from a longitudinal perspective.
