What's My Tone? Connected Speech

You can definitely have a slight accent from your first language. But the examiner needs to be able to understand what you're saying. So, like aubrey said, connected speech. There's five rules of connected speech. And this just means that all our words are connected when we talk. They are not separate words, that would be weird. They're connected. Also, of course, intonation and stress. I would say those are the two most important things to practise - especially for students with so much to think about.
