You Know What I've Been Doing for a Long Time?

I've been the lead pastor at Calvary Vissenow for 26 years and I'd say for probably the first 10 years I did what most pastors would do whenever they were going to be gone. But then about nine or ten years ago I made a shift when I saw on the calendar there was going to be some Sundays that I was going to miss. And so I started putting you know given those guys an opportunity to teach on a Sunday, and it really bolstered our sense of team. It's turned into a full time gig for me now. He's in about 45 pulpits a year every single Sunday. Just does an incredible job.
