What Happened Before the Pandemic?

In a previous episode, I told you that I had talked to somebody who I know who lives in my neighborhood. He runs a manufacturing facility and they do like injection molding for plastic products. A little over a year ago, December 31st, 2019, there was a minute long power outage at a Samsung production plant where they make semi-conductors.
